Looks like someone's supercharged Miller front drive but I'm not sure just whose car it is.

 

I don't know either, but it's Indy 1927 so there's several to choose from.

LB I don't know where you found the picture of the 52 Packard special speedster but I actually touched one and sat in it back in 63-64 and I could never remember the name of it. I thought I was told it was a Packard Panther but that info was wrong. The car you posted is the car that was at Elm Motors on Queens Blvd. in Elmhurst NY. I would hang out at the shop that serviced Elm Motors cars called Speed garage and saw many odd cars that a lot of people never heard of. Now I know the name of it, thanks.
