Swi66 quite a collection of photo's, the Malden, West Camp FD is in this neck of the woods. It
s across the Hudson river near Saugerties. Site of one of the "Woodstock" reunions, 25th I think.

LB that picture with the yellow 33 Willys (Jack Merkel) against the 41 Willys PU (Eddie Sanzo) was taken at the York div. 1 points meet around 65. Jack's car was a steel body with the SBC (368" or so) from his B/GS 39 Willys. He only ran the car 1 season before he raced the all glass 33 Willys with a BBC. The yellow car went out to CA and was raced as a S/G car by a guy named Bob Grimm who lived here in NY before moving west. To our knowledge it is still out there but no one that know's for sure is alive.
