Didn't the Speedway Museum get his Chevy panel truck after he was given the Econoline ?

 

I'm sure many guys named Blackburn were nicknamed "Blackie" but I think it could be the Portland Oregon shop owner and racing engine builder.
His son was one of my instructors in Automotive Technology in the early 70's and was also called "Blackie".

I've seen them in action when I worked at Dennis Carpenters years ago. He bought his from Ford Motor Company. (The massive metal presses)
