image.jpg So much paint, so little time! I took a different approach and painted a mural on the back wall. It's a work in progress. The door leads to a 12x24 workshop that's well insulated and heated for small projects. A side wall will become the front of Mahoney's Irish Pub. Hope to have that completed by spring.

What happens to me is. Every time I order parts on line, I’m always about 20-25 dollars short for free shipping. So why not throw a sign to your order. It’s like it is free sign!

Being retired with limited funds........my money goes into my Hot Rods......so, unless I find it or it is given to me........no funds go into garage decorations.

  4. In my other garage I used to have a bunch of photos pinned up but it's so damn humid they would curl up unless you pinned all for corners. Now I have a drawer full of 'em.

  5. I've paid very little for most of that crap, I don't consider myself a collector, just a guy who likes to grab neat junk when I get a good opportunity. Dirty, rusty, bent I don't care as long as I like it. In the main part of the garage I did not want shelves or cabinets to take up my limited space. So you can see that almost everything is pretty much flat to the wall and firmly attached so I can't knock it off. I actually like all the "paraphernalia" almost as much as the cars any more.

  6. I like the taxidermy! I've got an antelope (dated 1968) and a $5 squirrel in my other garage.

I ran out of wall space years ago , what wall space I had left I have covered with mementos , also known as junk , then moved to the rafters , .... it’s a disease ‼️‼️

    Just
Make sure you don't have any roadrunners or coyotes running through there.

    Something I brought back from Ireland. ... 2018-11-02 19.36.17.jpg

    Her idea.
Good place to drink beer and shoot the bull with my car buds.
No chairs allowed in the work garage.

That is cool!!! I may paint that on the wall, with your permission. I visited Mahoney's Pub in Kilkenny last year. Old family name. They bought me a pint!

This past summer while the '58 was in the paint shop I decided to give the garage a makeover. About the only decorations I have up are some MSRA Back to the 50's commemorative tin signs and a few old road signs. 37890707_1752788864758587_7893246645540749312_n.jpg 38462397_1764273030276837_8373432531923501056_n.jpg IMG_3076.JPG

  23. My place is badly cluttered and looks like shit... but I like it that way. My NEXT garage will be bigger and possibly spiffed up a tad.
