Customs Pics of 58 Chevies

I can't imagine the hours in that paint job, but it gives me a headache, and the one above it, I don't even know what to say....

 

Wonder if this car was from my area in Massachusetts?

My 58 Biscayne.this pic was taken in Virginia on the way to the Hershey show, from Georgia.

OMG! That is enough to make the hair on the back of my neck stand up and send shivers up my spine!

 

In a incredibly strange way there almost looks to be a cross on the pole where it's wrapped around it. Yeah that's really a sad pic...it speaks of death.

While Miss Taboo is a 56 Chevy. She had a sister built at the same time. Walt Nichols 58 Impala Convertible. Had the same Chrysler headlights, 54 Chevy grille, reworked side trim, and same paint color schemes. Unique mods were the shaved pitchforks into scoops, frenched 59 caddys, the custom tool rack in the trunk. Was a factory 348 tri-power 4 speed car. Sadly the car was destroyed. I've heard two stories, 1 being the car was stolen stripped and then pushed over a cliff and the other was the car was sitting in a parking lot and a old lady plowed into the side of it pretty much making a u shape with the car. I have really wanted to clone this car as its such a sweet mild custom.

 

The black Yeoman I posted last month is such a righteous car that I wanted to overlook
the wheels. They're tasteful, but I know they're wrong. If the photo has to go I'll understand.
In the case of inappropriate rims we have to remind ourselves that Chevy didn't use the
slotted "rally wheel" until 1967.

 

I only have some front running light housing on the classifieds..
But wish to have a beautiful 58 some day

 

Not sure where this one is nowadays but this was taken at the Hangin Dice Nat's back around 94 or 95.
