It's free for vendors... they just have to offer a decent discount to members.

Would be nice to see Offy and Speedway on the list. How about Moon as well.

  8. You can't beat Joe's Antique Auto in MA. Best Service and advise if you need it. Great people, discount or not. https://www.joesantiqueauto.com/ Give them a try, you won't be disappointed.

How about Metal Flake City? They make custom shift knobs, switches, etc. They are based in Florida. They made a custom shift knob and turn signal knob for me. My experience with them was great. www.metalflakecity.com

American Rebel Wheels was REAL interested to get on the list. Nice wheels made in the USA.

Agreed. I'd still order from Joe's even if there was a 10% surcharge instead of a 10% discount.

I'd like to see MAC's (or Eckler's), Bob Drake, and MOON for sure.

I already give free shipping for HAMB members on my gauge panels, and would add 10% off my chop classes to that.

On a side note, I just spent a little over $1,000 with Eastwood on a new TIG welder and a bunch of accessories, and basically got a FREE welding helmet, Tungsten grinder, and other accessories ($250 value) thanks to my HAMB ALLIANCE membership discount. It fuckin' ruled. If you have the means, I highly recommend picking up an ALLIANCE membership. I've saved over $500 this year alone.

  20. Wondered where my new tag was. Thanks for the tag update Ryan. At least now I know the US postal service hasn't lost it.

  21. ..............Just curious how you approach a potential Alliance Vendor. Is it with a form letter, an e-mail, an actual phone call to the management or principles? Of course this is none of my business and I completely understand, Ryan, if you decline to comment about the process. Thanks, Don.:)

Maybe Kanter's? I know its more of a resto place, but still carry quite a lot of hard to find stuff that seems like only they have. What about being able to use the HAMB Alliance on Garagejournal alliance vendors? Im a fairly active member over there, and i know it says you can use the GJ discounts here, but what about vise versa? I had reached out to the board's Trusty Cook hammers rep, and he didn't know.

Not to put words in Ryan's mouth, but I would be led to believe it's because he has taken issue with them and their practices before, so I would imagine he probably didn't consider approaching them about it. I know reading stuff like this usually leaves a lasting/ bad taste in my mouth and I may be less likely to do business with them in the future. http://www.jalopyjournal.com/?p=23701

How about Traffic Law Hotline. I seem to get pulled over a lot, I bet there are others that do too.
