For some reason, the wife is all over me to go look at this one. She is in love with these things, and wants a stock restored version. This '63 claims to have a solid body, starts, but needs brakes and int. work. Asking $750. I will probably go look and see if there is underside rot.

1964 Monza I had a couple years back. Hard to tell in the picture but the top was done in fire red medium flake over then the New Pepsi Red the car was painted. The Ansen slots gave it more of a 60's flair.

001.JPG This is my '65 Monza with a 4-speed. I've had it for over 10 years and it's built from about 4 billion feet of MIG wire. :)

Here are some pic of mine . The second series Corvair ( 65-69 ) was designed by the same GMdesign team that did the first gen of Camaro . You can see similarities . The wagon is a Monza ,62, 4 speed and they only made it for two months because Chevy came out with the Chevy 2 wagon and did not want them to compete with each other and the wagon wasn't a good seller anyhow . The FC Pick up has the same front suspension as a full size Chevy which makes for a nice ride and it has 12 inch brakes . It has a really good ride and is very quiet because of a quiet muffler and all the engine noise is behind me . They are fun at car shows because all of the old people have a story about them and the young people have no clue what they are . I love to park them beside a Camaro or Stang . Draws people like a magnet Rampy Wheels 004.JPG Rampy Wheels 004.JPG Aug 18, Rampside 005.JPG Aug 18, Rampside 008.JPG . Waqgon 6-2-15 003.JPG is behind me .

Really hard not to love Corvairs. They just look fun and happy to me. But then I've never owned one..

What wheels and tires are on the late model? I am looking for a set of 13in. baby moons for my ‘65 Monza.
