I bought a pair of these in Hershey to possibly use, but I am wondering what they actually came off of. The guy I bought them from told me a Firebird. They have part numbers on them but google was no help, they are 3403650 and 3403651 rh and lh sides. They are 3.25 inches wide
The black plate is removable, not quite sure where I will use them but for a dollar I had to buy them.
Hi. Is it possible they are fake scoops? Or with the plate removed actually let air escape from under the hood or elsewhere. Jimmie
yes, they are fake scoops. They look kind of 1980s, when no production cars had any need for real scoops.
They do have casting numbers I mentioned them in my original post, but I came up with nothing on a search.
They look kind of overbuilt for a vehicle application. The sturdy studs must have mounted into something pretty solid. Hand grips for lifting something is my wild ass guess.
They are the hood lites for a 70 dodge charger, some had lights that went in where the 2 screws are, these were blocked off,car didnt have the signal lites in the hood, the 2studs are where they attached to the hood, all the chargers had them, just some didnt have thelitesin them, not real rare, but neat to have
