    Jalopy or Gow Job. Discuss.

    Floods.

Nearest car seems to be missing a fender.

T either half in or half out of the water, depending if you're a pessimist or an optimist.

Car near middle of pic could be a gow job or jalopy

That'll do for now, don't want to overdo it.

Can anyone guess what the body style is of the partially hidden car with the white fabric top is?
    I think it's a Model A.

I'd say it was a Model A Sport Coupe.

When I first saw the photo I thought it was either an A-400 or a B-400, then I enlarged it and saw a barely visible quarter panel, leading me to your same conclusion.

You can just see the top of the landau iron that S shaped bracket that some people mix up and put on the wrong side.

As I recall, these are tubeless ones developed back then that were puncture proof. Solid rubber with the holes in them so they had some "give". Could be wrong, though, since they are white even under the fender.

If that is Carl's in Fullerton on Harbor, you couldn't get near that place on a Friday or Saturday night. And some of the hottest, baddass cars for that time period could be found cruising there.
They had rent-a-cops directing traffic. Of course when you had that kind of activity you also had the hottest babes too
Some of you don't know what you were missing in the 60's
I'm grateful to have experienced all the facets of the era.

I did see the shape of the iron but wishful thinking that it was the edge of the canvas top of a B-400 had me questioning.
