I have a used Hurst Quarter Stick Automatic Shifter I just pulled from my '55 Chevy with a th350 in order to reinstall the column shift. This shifter works fine and comes with the aluminum cover and brackets as shown. Installation instructions are available on line. There is a small rubbed area on the aluminum cover and a small rubbed area in the plastic cable jacket.
