    It'd be interesting to see the condition of the inside, drag it home and take an angle grinder to the head bolts. I'm no expert on what salt water does over time, but that think looks like it was in a hell of a fire before it ended up under water.

    Maybe so... or one of the Marine 385 series. Remnants of a torque converter indicate a vehicle other than a boat, though.

    I think with one of those new hi-tork mini starters and some used Diesel
    engine oil in the cylinders, it should crank right over. Might need 24volts, though.

    Yeah, I vote for 351M/400. I guess you'd call that Xtreme Patina. I think I saw the perfect car for it at an L. A. cruise night last month.
