    After 30 years of looking I found the 34 my dad sold in 1957.. picked it up today from the guy he sold it to.
    A time capsule of a 50's hot rod just as my dad sold it. 354 hemi with a Columbia two speed..

    Found this car through a Facebook post three years ago. Been trying to get it ever since then. Everything is there and In amazing shape. Picture of my dad in 1956

    @GasGas300 congratulations...what a great story...in a state of disassembly but period intact...that vintage pic rocks. That will bring back incredible memories. Look forward to the resurrection...

    Wow, an ultimate find! Congrats! How long has the car sat with the engine out?
    Please show us progress updates on the rebuild. And if you plan to make any modern day changes to the car we'll be at your door with torches and pitchforks!

    Wow, I would love to have a few of my Dads old cars back. He was one of the original hotrodders before people every termed it that.
    He had a 34 Ford with a Lincoln big 8 in it and Buick Brakes.

    That is cooler than than ice cube in dry ice.
    Nice tribute to your dad.
    It was nice of the owner to sell it back.
