Yes everyone I did get married to my best friend on my birthday, May 27th. Thank you all for the great words! The car is on hold for now, I've hurt my hand and might need surgery. I'll keep you all posted. 20180527_131459(2)-1.jpg

All the best too you both, a wish for a speedy recovery to your injury and please continue with your standalone vision in metallic sculpture...it has to this point been an amazing journey...;)

Thank you! I haven't been able to work on the car for awhile, but my mind keeps thinking of ways to change it, and I'm stocking up on parts!

Congratulations on your Wedding, you and your Lady are a fine looking couple. Take care of your hand. Your are blessed to have hands and a mind that work together so well making art in many forms. I wish I had a little bit of art in my bones but I have trouble writing my name so you can read it. I read your thread from beginning to end yesterday and you gave me hope to try things and if there're not right do them over to your liking. And to all the HAMBers out there, I Thank you for giving your thoughts and helping RYTANG to have the will to keep pushing through the easy times and the rough times. And also me to not give up when you get frustrated. Thanks for all your inspiration. Ron.

Thank you everyone! I've been working on the car a little bit, my hand is still not right but I'm getting depressed not working on the car. So I've just been going slow and taking it easy. I started to clean up the door jam area, this is the area I injured myself on. I've got it mostly done except for the top, but I'm cutting those off anyway. Little by little. You sure haven't lost your edge...;)...just be careful and I'm sure you are...our playground is full of serious hazards. Fun but dangerous. Glad your getting back into it.

Thanks for more of your artistry in metal... @rytang

Holy shit man! I haven’t seen this thread in almost a year. What a frickin year!
First, congrats on the sobriety. A tough row to hoe.
Second, double congrats on your marriage.
The car, holy crap, the car. Supremes-way better. More custom, less lowrider. A fine line between styles for sure. The fade away 61 openings-pure genius.
As for your hand, get a piece of your cleanest dirty shop rag and some electrical tape, wrap that shit up and get back on it. If she bit you show her who’s boss and chop up her other door. They all bite. Just gotta bite back harder.
Seriously though, get the dinged flapper fixed proper. You’re way too young and way, WAY too talented to shrug it off. Will haunt you with every strike of your hammer.
