When Dad passed this car on to me it had modern torque thrusts on it. I put them on several years ago to replace polished centerlines that had been on since the late 80’s. Well since it’s been at my place the new wheels just haven’t really looked right to me, too nice and shiny for this old hot rod. I have a spare set of Cragar Screamers so I thought I would try ‘em. Other than getting them balanced they are staying on!
I’ve got another set just like these at the polishing shop, they are for my 56 chevy. The set on the 57 will not be polished!
That’s the plan. Bring yours also. If we could get all of the guys that have them around here to show up we could make an awesome group photo.
