I found that picture when I was doing a search for seat belts for my Pontiac - thought it would make a good avatar. A couple of years later someone pm'd with a link where you see a lot more of her and a lot less seatbelt

I named my 61 Dodge "the Dodge"
named my 49 Chevy sedan, "the green 49"
had a cat named Mr. Kitty.

    I'm very creative like that.

I have had a unusual amount of trouble with new bad parts and gremlins while building this car. It has earned its name. Reddevildecal.JPG Reddevildecal.JPG

I never named my cars. But lately I have been helping a little bit on the "Flashpoint" A/BFS. The son of the car owner is building a blown Modified Mini Truck. Along with the Bangshift guy. They put the names together to call the truck "Flash Bang". Pretty good I think.

The 1st thing I do is name my Project Vehicle. It's quicker, easier, and more fun to reference a name.
Here are some of the most recent Rides:

Love your car, and the color is perfect, but the name would never fly at my house.
My wife would begin to feel unloved, she knows I have a thing for Ms. Welch.

  25. When I am sitting on the side of the road in 100 degree temperatures with sweat running down the crack of my arse does PIECE OF POO count as a name? HRP

  26. I've had a lot of cars over the years and had never named any of them. One day I came home with a second '63 Galaxie and I started calling the one in my avatar Christine (like the Plymouth in the movie) and the other one was "the black 63". Then a couple of years later I brought home another black 63. The trio are now referred to as Christine, Black Beauty and Muriah. I've never named any other cars, but I don't remember having any other multiples.

I had a 1937 Plymouth back in '62 that I called "The Mayflower". More 'came across' in it than the original.

  29. Sooner or later all of them get referred to as a "flaming hunk of shit" since a high school pal came up with that ages ago. Sometimes even affectionately.
