These look like 1933 Morris Minor wheels and hub caps.

 

Dunlap would supply wheels to any builder. Morgan used them too. See my avatar.

1933-4 Andre V6. Despite the name, the car used a JAP v-twin. T.B. Andre's primary business was the André Hartford friction shock absorber, but also imported the Marlborough car and Ballot engines from France. The V6 was his last attempt to be a car manufacturer. He had teamed up with Brooklands legend J.G. Parry-Thomas for the Marlborough-Thomas, 1493cc (2 or 3 built), and the Marlborough Grand Sport, 1991cc (1 or 2 built). The V6 had a top speed of 65mph and 45mpg was claimed. Six were produced. They were raced in minor events in England.

I think it's a computer generated image, much like the ones in Meet the Robinsons.

 

Photoshop. I'd guess they started with a Heinkel Trojan and a British minivan interior. Two tells:
in the 1st pic, the steering wheel is far from the dash. in the 2nd, it is close. (In my opinion, the style of the interior doesn't match the exterior.) The other tell, and the one that stood out first, is the uniformly opaque yellow side marker. It's too opaque to light up and sun fading wouldn't be uniform.
They handled the light reflections well, that's what trips up most photo alterations.

Is that Brooklands or Montlhéry? I can't imagine Sandford going to Brooklands, but it doesn't look like Montlhéry to me.

 

I have no idea where. It is ,however ,one of the best images I have seen of the car.
