So I stopped by the local car upholstery shop today to get a qoute on some work on my off topic daily driver, and ended up helping load this coupe on a wrecker. It's been sitting in his shop sine the mid 80's. The family is trying to decide what they want to do with it. 20180829_140326.jpg 20180829_140432.jpg 20180829_142452.jpg 20180829_142853.jpg 20180829_142901.jpg

If they've had that Chevy since the 80's and the upholstery still isn't done, I don't think I'd take my car to that shop. o_O

I told them to just drop it off at my house and i'd take care of it. It wasn't at the shop for work, just to be stored. He's a friend of the family. He really wanted the car so that he could do it right.

  6. Looks great. My first car was a '39 Chevy back in '62.

Yep, she looks like a good one. Accessory hood ornament, clock, and steering wheel, but looks like the horn ring on the wheel is broken. Still a desirable steering wheel to some.
