I am in the process of building a 34 fenderless pickup and need a couple dimensions as a baseline for my build. The truck started life as a commercial flatbed 1.5 ton and I am putting a new chassis under it so I don't have access to any dimensions. I am going to kick the rear but I'd like to know what the stock distance is from the back of the cab to the center of the rear axle on a unaltered pickup. The other measurement that would be really helpful would be the stock distance from forward cab mounting bolt to the center of the front axle. Any help is greatly appreciated.

  2. Hopefully this might help. HRP

Mine is up on the lift so a quickie measuring...looks like approx. 32" from the face of the body bead at the bottom of the cab to centerline of rearend. This should get you close.

Thank you HRP. I had that drawing but wasn't sure if the first hole back from the front axle at 28.25" was the forward cab mount.

Gearhead thank you for the measurement.
