Discussion in 'The Hokey Ass Message Board' started by loveoftiki, Aug 22, 2018.

  1. A little bit of everything as the nights get a little cooler and the darkness comes a little quicker..always nice to see some Detroit history with the Hatton striping...one of his last jobs and the chopped shoebox has been around a long time..and check the Hemi and 54 Ford dash on the little truck

Added more pics...I must have started 2 threads, sorry

Those street cleaners of the early/mid 60's really smack me right in the wheelhouse, thanks!

  11. That guy is a 409 encyclopedia...surprise...he’s an engineer. I said wow you even got the AFB’s on there, he pointed out his weren’t the proper ones due to a certain screw being in the wrong place...like most people would ever know that..it’s a very...very nice car.

GM had their own windshield washer additive, Optikleen. Supposedly had an antifungal ingredient. The triangular bottles were GM only along with the spring metal clips. Clips were are hard to find, bottles shoe up a lot because of odd shape. Thought liquid was more bluish but may have faded with memory.
