  3. Yup, the car is for sale. It'll be tough the see it go, but the time has come.

I've been having a ton of fun with my new 32 coupe, the #Goldchainer, and want to get back to work on my 32 roadster.

I'd anyone is interested, hit me up before it goes to Ebay.

  6. That's pretty cool that Bangshift picked up on the coupe.

The auction ends tonight. So far no bids, but I'm not expecting any action until the very end or possibly after the auction ends.

Congrats, Killer car, and you certainly couldn't build it for what you paid. Hope to see you on the road.

Thank you everyone. We love the car. The more we look it over, the more detail we find. We were blessed to get the car.

  18. Sorry I'm late to the party guys.

As posted above, The Chemical City Coupe has found a new home. This past Friday Halfsack and his wife came on up and drove the coupe home. I'm happy to see the car has gone to a good home and I hope to see it around every now and them. Considering it's only about 4.5 hours away, that'll likely happen. I'm confident Bill and Kathy will take great care of the coupe and have a blast driving it around.

I can't even begin to talk about the impact this little coupe has had on my life. I have had so many good times and met TONS of great people because of this car. It was a hard car to let go, but from day one I new this time would come. When Jo Kerr and I were building the car, I had to ''borrow" some funds from my daughters college fund to finish it off. This fall Allison started attending Grand Valley State University, so the time had come to reallocate the funds back to where they belong.

    It's been a great run....
