Same here. Really looking forward to meeting some HAMBers and seeing drag racing more like it was when I was in my teens.....back in the late 60's.

They are Radir/Mickey Thompson. I have the same ones on my Comet.

 

I assume Ben is coming with you too? Sandy and I are leaving Thursday, staying in Springfield hitting the swap then on to Joplin. Make sure and check out Bushmaster George’s Museum near Springfield. There is some really cool stuff in there. My buddy talked him into opening for the guys going to the Drags. He’ll appreciate it.

 

Springfield swap then stopping at George’s Museum then on to Joplin. BTW George said he would open for the guys going to The Swap and HAMB Drags he would appreciate seeing everyone. Check his place out he’s at mile marker 94 on I44 . He’s a good guy. Brian (King Chassis) Said he would open up for us.

Radir cheaters, a little smallish. I couldnt pass on them with those flags, going on a vette. Just to address another recent thread, they are my street tires as well.

 

Hopefully next year for me. Still shaking down ride. The fan/cooling issue was biggie, still working on shroud then on to others.

 

What time on Friday will you be stopping at George's?
It may be around 4 when we go by on are way.

 

I'm not sure probably in that same time frame though. I would think he knows most of us are coming by there in the afternoon on our way to Joplin.
