Zak, any color will fit this body style. And with those wheels, it would look like out of the 60's . Keep us informed with pictures and photos.
Will you run upholstery or aluminum panels on the doors, like the rear wheel tubs?

Aluminum interior in this car. I’d like black tuck and roll but dad wants aluminum and it’s his car. Lol

Yeah, aluminum would look ideal plus light in weight for the doors and the trunk.

DBE025B5-298C-4F60-BDD4-78262A715B80.jpeg Haven’t forgot about the thread just haven’t had much big progress to post. Mainly been sanding and rubbing. And fitting fiberglass, and other non fun things. Got it back at the body shop, hopefully the whole car will be in one color of primer by tomorrow night if we work on it real hard. Then we can take it to our painter this weekend if we get decent weather.

Gotta spot a few places we missed, scuff it, and it’ll be ready for paint. Jesse laid the primer down heavy so we have something to sand.

Nice. I hope that is a posed picture and your painter is not painting without a mask. Paint coated lungs do not work real well.

Very nice 2 tone. I hope you have good luck with the car. You know what they say about green race cars. Personally I have never had a problem with the color.

Beautiful paint job Zak . I use to have a 34 ford coupe painted that type of green or very similar to it. I believe that was called corvette poly green. Anyways its looking real nice. Congrats.

Also got the rear bumper bolted on. I like bolting parts on permanently.
