I`am looking for 11/16th, 7 degree taper tie rod ends with an overall length of 6". The ones I got from Speedway are too short. My problem is the running board bracket was in the way and had to move the split wishbone bracket further back. I thought about welding a piece of 11/16th threaded rod to make it longer but that wouldn`t be safe. Any other ideas would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Good call on not welding extra on rod ends. Could shift liability on to you. I would see if you can modify or move running board bracket or change to hair pin. Pic would really help.

The photo shows the tie rod lined up but with only two threads holding it. If I moved the plate forward then the bung wouldn`t be correct in the radius rod.

For starters I don’t like the idea of a bolted on radius rod mount. Remove what you have and cut and modify it so it can be welded to the frame below the running board bracket.
That will put the mount in the correct position. What are the plans for this car? Is the frame boxed?

How about you remove the rivets from the body mount, sandwich the wishbone bracket underneath it (I think the body mount holes are slotted a bit so it shouldn't matter if they are moved 3/8" out), and then you might need to shorten the wishbone a skoosh before welding in the bung.

^^^^^^ What he said. Various lengths of bungs are available.

I assume those are split model A wishbones? Have you considered splitting a later wishbone that is longer and using that instead?

Why not move the bracket to the inside of the frame?
