    and finally the red roadster, this is truly an amazing car,
    I do have a more pictures, although not as clear,
    and a very limited bit of information.
    I only met Greg, the current owner briefly and unfortunately I didn't take notes.
    as I understand it the car was built by Irving Poling in about 1956
    it was his high school car in stock form back east,
    he moved west to become an engineer and be part of the hot rod world
    with very detailed plans on how he would build this car.
    as you can see he must have been a hell of an engineer
    and he sure built one very special hot rod

  24. great pictures Paul, thank you for sharing... My buddy owns the A with the 348 W engine in it.. He was Suede & Chrome pick this year.. I was pretty happy for him... … let's see more ! That Poling roadster was my favorite at Puyallup...
