1930's Ford Fenders?

Discussion in 'The Hokey Ass Message Board' started by Joseph A. Compton, Jul 5, 2018.

  1. Just came across these yesterday in a barn. Trying to identify what they are from. I believe Ford. Can anyone help ID them? Thank you in advance

Don’t think so but maybe someone else on the morning shift will know

  3. Must be a clean 'barn.'
    Are they for sale?

  4. Don't think their Ford. Look at the piece sticking to the inside on the rear. Like a cover for a leaf spring maybe.

The slotted holes in the rear fenders indicate that they are not Ford

  7. i am pretty sure the rears are 29-30 chevy coupe/roadster. not sure if the sedans had the same fenders.
the last swap meet i was at a guy had a decent set of originals he was asking $600 (for just the rears)

i am not sure about the fronts, but they look like they could very well be 29-31 chevy as well.

Depending on the dimensions, the rears could also be 28-? Pontiac.

  9. Thank you to everyone thus far. Your feedback is much appreciated. I continue to look for
images based on your feedback so I can be sure of what they are. They will be for sale once
I am confident on what they are.
    Again,
    Thank You
    Joe
