History Lee plastics tail light lenses

Discussion in 'The Hokey Ass Message Board' started by Moriarity, Jul 11, 2016.

  1. I have dealt with Johnny for years and he has always come through. Sometimes he's a little slow, but dependable. I even bought some of his Lee lens material about a year ago to use in the taillights of my non-HAMB friendly Merc. It all went smooth and the material worked out great.
I have his number on an old business card that I'll send you via PM so you can try to get a hold of him on the phone. Good luck! E

  3. Those are sweet Mark! Never seen a set for a '60 Galaxie except for the ads in the little books. Have to be pretty rare! E

What appear to be Lee lenses, relocated to the bumper.

just prior to xmas i ordered a pair of lee lenses from kustom car parts and when they arrived the mounting holes where way out...i got in touch with them asking if 55 ford and 56 were different and what the problem was...
i got an email back from them saying they would look into it.
couple of months later 2 new lenses turned up in the mail free of charge....seems the supplier of the lenses had some problems and when kustom car parts got them they forwarded them on to me...to say i was surprised is an understatement....probably the only vicky in australia with lee lenses or the only set in all oz

  11. That is bitchin'!
A few styles in there I've never even seen.

Great, something else to look for.....

  12. So cool! I'm sure many of those styles of Lees became extinct a long time ago. E

I'll take a set of the 7c lenses for my 'Sedan Delivery. Where do I send the $12.95?

I've had the current variety of Lee lenses on my shoebox since I finished the car in 1998: DeuceOfSpades.JPG

  20. Mark, @mr57 was specifically asking about these "full" lenses for 1957 Chevy.

  27. Lenses look way cool, but I often wondrr why the arrows don't point the other way???

  28. Because the wide part of the arrow won't fit in the tapered point of the lens.

The added striping is a nice touch.
