Hot Rods Model A front spring in a 41 Panel?

I was curious if anyone has ever put a model A crossmember in a 41 commercial vehicle? I want to go low and I'm open to suggestions already got a Posie's drop spring and a forged 5" drop axle 46"king pin to king pin.
