Hot Rods What is it ? I like it !

This picture came up on a search when I was looking for ideas of a roadster pickup. Does anyone know what is is or have any info about it ? From what I see, it's what I want my next one to look like . Thanks for any help/ideas/advice !

There might have been a thread here about it but not sure.

 

It looks like it's loosely based on a 30/31 Model A roadster pickup.

 

More like 1928-29.
