Old trucks are just cool

 

My home town!! Most if not all the buildings are still there and being used, just not for the same businesses as in the old pictures. The only car dealer from days of old still in business is Tanskys. Now it is a Ford and Toyota dealer We do still have a lot of dealerships but they are moving to the outskirts more and more.. I remember going with my cousin Larry Carter when he bought his new blue and white 56 Ford Victoria( I was not 5 years old yet) from Ogg & Beasley Ford. Wes Ogg was my Uncle Clark Glaspell;s drinkin buddy, I remember him taking me a ride in the first 58 Square T-Bird to hit Logan. Uncle Clark was the head mechanic at the Ford dealer for years before he opened his own garage/Sohio station/used car lot. My Dad was always strickly a Buick guy(that must be where I get it from) so they razzed each other about which was best for years. Thanks for the memories, Logan is still a great all American small town!!

 

Hopefully in the trash can...talk about ugly.. Just another opinion.
