  11. Looks to me like an aftermarket piece and not a production Pontiac piece. I am no Pontiac expert, but the mount is nothing like I have seen on a Pontiac. Always willing to learn, of course. The base looks a lot like a MoPar base.

    It could be part of a hood latch. Looking at the cured part of it.
