Good luck, should sell easily, mine did, but I didn’t ask as much.

Why are you swapping the chassis? What are your motor plans? Did I miss something?

I'm planning to drop a '52 8BA in my '30. I'll be keeping the chassis, fenders and full roof tho.

Love your car - thanks for all the pics.

Carl, he's planning on running a repop 32 chassis with a warmed-up 327 with an auto.

I've seen the car and it's nice. The running chassis should make someone pretty happy. The coupe body is really nice, too.

    Agreed!
Don't think I've ever seen one, but I like it!
Source? Vintage aftermarket, or Ford accessory piece?

    Like the gas filler,
but i'm scared to stand in traffic filling it if I run out, put mine on the right side...
I ground an arch in the base on the under side for a better match to my quarter...mine was $39.00 ... DSCN1126.JPG

This is going to be a cool car. You were wise to start with such a nice car. After doing bodywork for 30 years, I am tired of fixing rust and others attempts at bodywork. This will be a nice ride. Thanks for sharing.

Just a question but is that radiator hose being used for fuel filler hose? Will it stand up to gas being dumped in it. There are a lot of rubber fill hoses on cars in the bone yard. I would have opted for one that was made for that use. Build looks great so far.

agreed... I ordered a gas filler hose from some Yamaha water jet type of thing... only gas filler hose I could find that had a 2" inside diameter... should have bought a 1.75" O D. filler cap...
