The driver's side fender was an aftermarket on that I bought back in 2000... when I first did the truck yellow. It never lined up right up front. I was lucky enough to score a front half to have spliced in... He also did the common rear patch to the passenger side and a piece in the pillar that had rusted out[/ATTACH] 20180215_0729011.jpeg 20180210_143116.jpg 20180223_171819.jpg Both rockers and outer floor pieces were replaced.

Andrew really lined his panels up when patching. An 'Artiste'. The root beer looks brilliant!
I'm a Ford guy...but have to say the Ford Wimbledon white has been used valiantly.
Good thinking on the aluminum foil masking on pedals and interior bracketing...
Your paint looks better than most pro jobs in spray booths! Friends and Family. Best.

I like how Danny makes his "curves" or "swoops" or "loops" or whatever they are called. His striping is unique without looking mechanical or textbook. Tell him GOOD JOB!

The truck looks fantastic, and is a personal fave body style. I'm endeavoring to not be jealous:D

Love it. I learned to drive in a 81 Chevy that was root beer brown. loved the color ever since. Looks great on this body style.

Yes they are. Original '62 grille with T3 headlights and "Cat Eyes".

    Thanks!

  18. Very Classy. Is it my imagination or is the inside of the front bed panel the outside of a '67 up tailgate? -

It's just a piece of Hobby Lobby metal wall art that we sprayed while painting the truck. Riveted in place.

The bed panel itself is original 1962.

Man, the root beer with the gold flake looks really good when you get at the right angle in the light! A person can really see that flake in there....Sweet!
