Seems you've answered your own question..! The manufacturer, the size...what else do you need to know ?
Just that you haven't seen them in the past, you do know that they are, they are American Racing wheels..!

Looks like they are either for Larger truck or were re drilled to mate with different pattern lugs.

 

I have researched the American racing sites , can’t find any info , I’m wondering if they are an aftermarket item

Late '80s, early '90s wheels, long since discontinued.... One of AR's cheaper wheels at the time, used to see these pretty often. Street rod stuff..... and ugly even when new IMO.
