    It's hard to imagine wanting to swap out the grille of a '60 Olds, but this '58 Buick unit makes an interesting substitute.

    Rather remarkable the difference in this '58 Fords appearance by simply removing the grille bar. (Stance notwithstanding.)

    The comment was intended more to the grille, than the car itself.

  20. I agree, I understood what you were saying.

    On that particular car I think the removal of the spot lights helped clean it up too.
    I wonder if it changed hands, or is it just getting a "makeover"?

    Ditto. It really serves to show that you don't need extensive bodywork to transform a car.
    It now presents a truly custom appearance, with the slightest of changes.
