A painting of our home with 4 of our 37 Chevy cars and trucks from the 70's and 80's.
Another of our Chopped 37 Chevy Sedan and a 37 Chevy Kingcab pickup from the 90's.
Both were done by artist Arlen Olson who we met many years ago at the Streetrod Nationals in Columbus.

I also have models that I did of some of the 37 Chevy cars and Trucks I have owned. They were great for helping in design for my builds and when the vehicle is gone I still have a nice small scale memory that I can enjoy.

DSCF9622.JPG Dad's 1937 Harley-Davidson 45 that he bought new in NYC and had here in town for the summers. That is were the 37 in my ID came from, I was building a twin to this bike at the time. Eighty year old photo of a bike he bought when he was 21 years old. Dad said he was the only guy in town that never dropped a bike, and sold it before he did to the Harley dealer in Sommers, N. Y. Bill Johnson. If you watched that three part History of Harley-Davidson on the History Channel you may have remembered Bill Johnson was a feature character, the first African American to have a Harley dealership. Most of the stuff in the show was true about him, other than the fact it all happened in Sommers, New York. I have to agree 100% with the sentiment of this thread. I think 1937 was a milestone year for car design and produced some of the best looking vehicles around. As a child I dreamed of a hot rodded '37 Willys and glad to see so many fine examples here. Now days as a Ford guy I'm hooked on the '37 Ford and just recently brought home the body parts for a Tudor Slant Back Sedan. It will be the next project up someday. I thinks its the best looking Ford front clip ever designed.

I believe it shares most of the same body as my 37 Century, atleast the coupe version rather than the convertible

Yep. And O.J. Wilkinson-owner of the Salt Lake Auburn Cord Duesenberg dealership. Wilkinsin's dealership provided support for the speed and endurance runs at Bonneville for which Cord employed Jenkins even as the last Cords rolled off the production line in Indiana. More on that story is here: https://www.jalopyjournal.com/forum...res-bonneville-racing-and-old-farmers.801156/

What is this? I wanna say '37 Studebaker, but the hood trim appears to terminate behind the headlight instead of going all the way to the grill.
