    Caps with no rings. Without caps, the car looks incomplete.
    If the car was chopped no caps with rings would be ok.

    I have the same issue, sometimes I run with caps & rings and sometimes I take off or switch caps. It depends on what look I prefer on any given day. Versatility, that is what I like about having the combo of the steel wheels, trim rings & small caps!!
