    so unregarding the show...
I'm working on a flat black Oldsmobile 1947 coupe.
The style I want to make it in will be kinda like the 48 fleetmaster made by gas monkey.
Ofcourse not a copy, But similar.
Could somebody tell me (guess) What kind of wheels and tires they've used?
I've got 15" and I think they look too Tiny for the wheel arches.
(Yes my olds will be lower)

I like the looks of yours better already. Maybe drop it a tad more but that's it.

Nice car. I believe if you use a taller tire like an L-78 15 with the black sidewall out it will improve things

    Thanks you all!
My fenders are made wider, Some welding has been done and lots of bondo....so Gonna fix that.
Rear fenders of the Chevy are narrower from factory But should fit the olds.
In july I'm picking up this project and will start a project page.

They are probably 15” wheels. The wide white makes them look different than your thin whites on top of the other things already pointed out

In places around LA 22's would be the minimum....26's with a tire at 28" is the new normal.

I think what is throwing you off is those 70's fender flairs for the extra wide tires on deep rims that someone had on the car in the past. Sounds like you have that part figured out though. Once the flairs are gone the wheel and tire combo you have won't look lost in the opening.
