Technical Valve/side cover 235

Where can i find some nice valve cover for mine -62 235? Offenhauser cover seems to be a backorder and the Wayne`s cover , well the shop that makes them ( Patrick`s i guess) only saying that they will soon be in stock. There are Thickstun but they are not cheap. Is there some other valve covers?? I would also like to find some nice side cover. The Offenhauser side cover was nice but i can`t find it somewhere. Is there someone else that makes ribbed side covers ??

You must have missed the part in red print that says they don't have them in stock and there is a waiting list for them.

Can't fault you for wanting aluminum though.

Make a side plate out of a sheet of 1/8'' thick stainless ... use the stocker for a pattern.

I've got a 12 Bolt Tom valve cover for my 292 and it is nice. I have been looking but can't find a finned aluminum side cover for a 235 though.

 

Several places sell them .. Patrick's has Wayne covers...also Check of the 40's also sells Wayne sets this ate pics from older Catalogs....

Ordering from Patricks is akin to playing Russian Roulette with bullets in all 6 chambers. Just some friendly advice. I would like some finned aluminum pieces for my 235 as well. Watching this one.

 

May be hit or miss, but James Larrowe may have what you're looking for. I know he has cast up a few things like valve covers.
