Anyone recognize this air cleaner?

 

10 bucks to park, 20 bucks to get in and a 9 dollar corn dog. $39.00. bought two Frantz oil filter/cleaner in the box for $40.00 which will sell for over $100.00 each on ebay. good day for me.
