It would be awesome to see this car restored to it's original (Black) look!

 

According to an article i read in Car Kulture Deluxe. The owner plans to restore it to Stuckeys intended design.

I know it was chopped later. What I was hoping for was put back to Stuckey's version but chopped.
The radius on the wheel openings at least in front are different. But what caught my attention was the added running boards and what looks like a flare behind the rear tires.

The front end will have a stock 40 Ford headlight with a 39 grill shell that he will add horizontal grill bars.

I remember that blue Merc from the Leadsled shows in the 80's... Story was that the car was a daily driver, going shopping and picking kids up at school! Amazing!

Who remembers at the Hanging Dice show when David Guymon showed up with this gem? One of my all time favorite Kustoms. I know I say that a lot.... Lol!
