I had a shimmer of doubt run down my leg when I saw you roughing in the shell...but it blasted through with show-worthy gleam! Just outstanding...Goes with the truck!
Really justifies the old adage: "Black is Beautiful..."

The truck was at the Toronto Auto Rama show last weekend (March 9/10/11) and is currently at the Cleveland Piston Power show.
If any of you are out there go have a peak and meet Keith from Binbrook Speed & Custom shop.

  5. I saw it at the Cleveland show ,
    Awesome truck !!!
Seems there was some trash in the back bed box though.
Not sure if that was from moving in or some idiot attendees
It's got the spot right at the door. Very first vehicle everyone sees.

    Thx
It will also dump behind the cab to the side, running mufflers under and invisible plugs in the outer exhaust
Pics soon! We are a week and a half away :)

My man Keith from Binbrook speed and custom shop‘s talent featured here in Canadian Hot Rods magazine.
His little ‘27 T Coupe sporting an Olds Rocket and my ‘37 Ford pick up with a 348 made the headlines!!!

On another note, she's all carpeted and the interior panels have been installed.
Just waiting on a few last little things and she'll be on the road (crossing my fingers) any day now!!!

My first time witnessing the motor being fired up in the truck!

Ran into a defective clutch kit part, should be on the road soon :)

Thanks for sharing the adventure it's been a great summer of cruising weather. Nice Hotrod and congrats on the press...;)

@'37-4D just an observation about your first drive out video. I noticed the Grille/Rad setup shaking back and forth perhaps partially due to road surface but similar to my rad support bars yours are bent or have a joggle. This may be to clear the air cleaners but if they were straight with no bends the shaking may be quite reduced or possibly eliminated due to a more defined triangle.

I have been meaning to make a set of straight ones for mine but I have to relocate the aft support higher on the cowl. I did do a check on mine and there is room to relocate and run straight supports so just a thought about something I notice on my ride similar to yours.

Absolutely!!! this is one of the small issues we were aware of. It will be either what you said or a couple of support bars, one welded at the bend and one further up. Not sure yet. Keith will figure it out. There is definitely some road shake but this needs to be addressed. Thx

They were custom and I had no input in them at all, Lol, they were the creation of my friend Keith of Binbrook Speed & Custom :)
