Probably not a good way to get a little R&R.....hope all is well and looking forward to quick recovery.
I got a call yesterday from his "temporary Secretary" on an order I placed. He is expected to be back on the job today and working to fill orders according to a voice mail left for me yesterday.
Another Update... Eric is out of the Hospital.. doing very well and will be up and running soon...another 5-7 days... Doing very well... he wants to thank all you guys who are waiting on your orders. Thanks guys.
I'M HOOOOOMMMME!! Spent 15 days in the ICU, and it may sound crazy, but I'm one HAPPY GUY! By the grace of God, things turned out to be not as bad as first imagined, and what is wrong, is totally repairable, and quite a common surgery now days...Hence the big smile on my face... It did take a while longer than I originally thought, but I am back home, and will be in the shop on Monday, trying to catch up on orders! Thank you in advance for your patience while I sort through things. Nothing like laying in a hospital bed to give you a new perspective on life...I've always felt blessed, but I had no idea how much so, until recent events. A deeply heart felt thank you to all of you for the thoughts, prayers and well wishes...this place called THE HAMB is so very special for so many reasons, and this is just one of them, so thank you all so much for the support! And a HUGE THANK YOU! to my friend Jeff Norwell for keeping you all informed...I was rushed into the ER and had access to nothing but my cell phone. A text to Jeff, and he handled the rest, a huge stress reliever for me! Thank you, my friend! I had a friend make a couple phone calls about "in process" orders, and he tells me afterward, "Man, Hot Rodders really are a different breed, aren't they? All they cared about was how you were, only talked about their orders AFTER they were satisfied you were OK!" You guys truly are a special bunch... Again, a heart felt thank you to all!
