My grill on my 31 Roadster. Original grill shell, with a 32 pickup grill shell grafted onto the top so there was no chrome bezel for a cleaner look. Then a handmade center bar.

A how how how!

 

Inexpensive Fiberglass grille shell, and repop insert serves it purpose.
Maybe someday I will find an original that I won't have to cash in one of my life insurance policies for (yeah, like that's gonna happen)!

Here's the grille on my T coupe. Used a Brookville shell and a Speedway 4 1/2" chopped insert. Just the right height for a T hiboy

 

Here is something different a Deuce Shell with 1931 Buick Straight 8 Rad Cap. Didn’t want to but had to sell, took mercy on the guy as his 31 Buick Cap was missing.

 

A Brookville i chopped and then a Jim Rench Hot Rod Stuff hand made insert
