That was at the end of the day the racing was over.

It reminded me of the stories my dad told my about racing oval track in his case. There was a cooler with soda and water if you wanted one take it, the guys surfing broke out a gas grill and cooked hot dogs, hamburgers, and bratwurst.
I asked them what they wanted they said nothing take it.

This was a great event I hope they do it again.
I think these guys want it to stay a race and not become a costume party with some racing, and corporate B.S.

 

Yes, I am in the market for some knobbies! Frank has some chains we can adapt. The T will be back with more traction. Lots of fun.

AWESOME SHOTS! I am glad you guys and Gals who came out to both race and spectate had a good time. I think this went well for such short notice, but next year hopefully all will come back and better equipped. Thanks again to all of you CRAZY SOB's for supporting this

 

You bet I will be there, I am going to start putting my engine and chassis together for next year!
I have a 28/29 closed car cowl, a sheet metal brake, and a welder. Just bend up a quick body and come down to play!

The 3 other guys I know who came down, are all looking to build as well!

 

You guys and gals are hardcore hot rodders for sure. Thanks for putting me in the pipeline for pictures, Robert. Looks like more fun than a barrel full of snow monkeys.
