Tipping die sets for HF and other chinese bead rollers.

    Steel or Delrin sets, $95
    delrin lower die alone, $35
    delrin upper die alone, $60

Includes shipping to 48 ConUS. Canada/Alaska and overseas shipping will be quoted

i recommend Delrin to 90% of my friends. They dont leave tooling marks on your workpiece, however, they do wear a little faster when working with steel and i do NOT recommend Delrin for anyone who is going to use these weekly or when working with stainless. steel top dies i only recommend for those who are working with stainless on a regular basis

i will ONLY take your hard earned money if i have your dies ready to go.

Body line dies are in always in the works. if you need a specific year bead made, and i do not have the patterns to make them, i will need a 4" long section of the profile you need made. it needs to be free of pitting and holes. in other words i would need to have a section of GOOD steel. If you want to keep your good steel, use bondo (yes, it has some use Lol) or self hardening modeling clay and make front and back molds from the clean bare steel body section to be reproduced.

PM or email before you cut out, and ship a piece of steel!!! i might already have that profiles patterns made and it would be a waste of your time, $ and bodywork to send another piece.

Tipping dies for the HF and other chinese bead rollers are still available for the asking.

Custom profile dies can be made, i need a GOOD sample of the profile you need. Wide floor bead dies also can be made to order to fit your HF, WF and other clones

for those looking for bead rollers, HF does NOT carry them any longer.

here are links to find the exact same roller that is going to need the same mods to beef them up as the HF.

I have been trying to reach you by phone with no luck any way you stated that you have some year specific dies. I'm looking for the body belt line that goes along the door for a 1936 ford coupe. My machine is an old Wilcox the dies have a 1.125'' bore. any help would be appreciated. The car is actually a 36 ford coupe ute I'm looking to make rear 1/4s which is a continuation of the door jambs like an Elcamino. Thanks Roger
