I have now run across two Model A Ford truck cab licensed as 1932s. Are there any production #s available as to how many late 1931 cabs were tagged as early 1932s. These are both Canadian trucks so our production #s may differ from U.S. #

  2. That's the way my truck is. I'm running an original 32 chassis. The VIN is stamped on the driver frame rail, therefore it is registered as a 32 & if I ever sold it, it would be sold as a 32. Maybe the ones you are referring to have that same issue.

Some places titled trucks as of the year they were first registered, some farmers never bothered until they had too leading to some very strange registration issues.

Some states did as jetnow said clear up into the 50,s. They titled the rig for when it sold new.
