Seems like since the new update the app on my phone has stopped working. Also cant get on through my phone browser. Anyone else have trouble?

iOS app is working perfectly at the moment on any device I try. If you are on iOS and having issues, please delete your app and redownload/install it. Are all of you guys having problems using Android? I've been out of town and haven't tested Android yet.
I was unable to get on for several days on my computer or phone. Any of your sites, Ford barn, HAMB, etc. Was your whole system down? I nearly went into withdrawals!! Thanks for these great sites, Dave
Thanks Ryan. Weird. I owned a computer store and have have been an ISP for over 20 years. Seen nearly everything and some things I can't explain. Beats me, just glad I can get on now! Dave
I use droid on my phone, tablet and laptop and never had any problems until the other day. Tablet and laptop still work fine but the phone app is whack. Stuck in the endless loop of login failure.
I'm working on it fellas... and frankly, I have no idea what's up yet. If anyone is having this problem from a computer, a trace route would really help me. Here's how you do it: From a windows machine, do this: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us...rt-to-troubleshoot-tcp-ip-problems-in-windows From a mac: https://www.godaddy.com/help/performing-a-traceroute-in-mac-os-x-3366 Once done, just copy and paste the results to me. The app was working on my Samsung tablet until today. It did an auto update about an hour ago and now the app is doing same as my phone. Endless loop of logins. My chrome browser is still working fine.
Uninstalled the app, reinstalled, still getting Network Error when trying to log in. Tried both WIFI and Cell network. Everything else on the phone works fine.
The fix is still propagating... Some cellular networks don't refresh their DNS until every 72 hours unfortunately.
Neither my laptop or desktop (both Windows) could reach anything on the JJ sites. It is all working now however. That trace rout link is a good thing to know. Thanks.

Thank you Ryan & also Cob, For 5 days I was not able to access the Hamb, Ford Barn or Garage Journal on my laptop & also not with my Android phone. I was able to get a message to Cob through a friend to let him know what was happening. All is back to normal as of 11:00 PM last night EST. I don't get a lot of time to read because of being on the road, but when I do it is mostly here & did not realize how much it would be missed until it was gone! God Bless Bill
Ok here's an update from my end. The app is still not functioning. I downloaded it, installed and tried to open at least 10 times and still stuck at login. I have to keep deleting the app as I keep getting hit with messages about threads I haven't even participated in. This is as of 2 pm Thursday the 8th. I'll keep trying.
I too have been having the same issue with the app all iw as getting was blank screens and a bunch of blank notifications...it was said that there was a dns issue of sorts and it would take some time to propagate that fix. I can say that Verizon based android phones that the DNS updates about every 36 hrs and at this exact moment my app started working which is almost dead on the 36 hour mark. Well, as of 8:30 Friday morning, there is no joy. Still stuck in login hell. I have loaded and deleted the app at least 20 times with no luck. Any other suggestions? Any way to get the old app back again?
What cellular network are you using? Even if it doesn't propagate, there is a major, major, major change next week that will certainly fix it.
