Event Coverage Nashville swap meet Feb 4

Discussion in 'The Hokey Ass Message Board' started by 56don, Feb 1, 2018.

  1. Who all is going to the swap meet at the fairgrounds in Nashville this coming Sunday? This is the good one put on by the Stones River Antique Car Club.
Looks like heavy rain is due. Outside vendors better bring some covers.
I worked out in the rain for 30 years so it won't stop me from showing up. Its only water..

  2. I'll be there, set up. Buy something!

I think Nashville is on the border for snow/rain. I've been there in the snow more than once.

  11. It was a pretty good turnout for a rainy day.

The ones with gray beards.......and glasses.

  19. I sold a few things, but for the first time EVER, didn't spend any $$ except for next year's space. Not one thing on my list. VERY little early Ford stuff. Bummer!! Did get to meet some great HAMB'ers.

  20. I looked for your space but I couldn't see any identification on any of them so I probably just ogled your parts and walked on by. I managed to spend $150 on stuff to save shipping costs so I am happy.

Always a good swap meet in Nashville. I saw a 58 Buick two door hardtop with original paint that was to die far. I went there just to look , but of course I bought something. I bought a intake, carb and air cleaner for a planned 32 five window build.
