Technical 51 frontend on 52?

There is a 52 vicky on ebay a guy put 49 fenders, hood, bumper on it. Anyone ever done a 51 on a 52? Thoughts on how difficult?

 

Keep it 52, the 49 to 51 won't fit and will look kind of bad! Think about it, cut and paste some photos and you'll see.

 

Agreed. Those '52-'54 Fords look pretty good to me.

 

Isnt the52 much wider than a 51?

 

That just sounds like a bad idea to begin with.
52 is 2.2 inches wider though the fenders than the 49.

 

The cowl is different . It will take some work. Saw a 54 2 dr wagon with a 50 front clip . It was STUNNING
