I purchased my 31 Tudor about 11 years ago. Sold it after a short while of having it on the road. Was a boxed frame with a suicide front end, coil overs on the rear. Short story I bought it back 2 years ago. More of a "rat rod". New plans are totally traditional hotrod rod build. 32 frame, 36 radius rods, 40 rear spring, front will be a 4 inch 36 dropped axle and 37 spindles done by Okie Joe, flat crossmember, f1 shock mounts, reverse eyed spring. 40 hubs with 56 f250 brakes with Buick drums.
Get at it! I need to get over there. Gonna be another awesome build!! Sent from my iPhone using H.A.M.B.
Thanks Grant! Made a template of the bottom of the car. I'm looking for a low riding chassis. I really like the Max Built coupe. I've been searching for the chassis pics. Here's my debate. Do I widen the rails to follow the contour then pinch them front and rear?
I tried to see the car you are referring to and found a few. Definitely a sweet ass ride!!! The thread here on the HAMB is useless because all of the photos were thru photobucket and are not available I'd love to see them but doesn't look like it'll happen. Anyway, in one pic I did see I noticed the rear track bar is in the spring mount. Where is the spring?? I saw shocks but no spring or provisions for one??? Sent from my iPhone using H.A.M.B.

I liked the steering set up on a article i read in hot rod magazine i believe. How to fabricate a ground hugging 32 chassis. Only difference is I'm going spring over the axle set up rather the spring behind. Sent from my SM-G950U using The H.A.M.B. mobile app
